Menu and the first tasting

The Atrium Hotel kitchen concept is very simple – on a grill in the open dining room food for our guests is prepared. Therefore they always witness a food preparation of their own order. And what best suits the barbecue and baseball? The delicious, juicy meat of course! Therefore, together with the chef we have created a menu, which features the extremely popular, but also universal: steaks and burgers.

After the tasting, we know that we are very close to achieve our goal. Just a few minor corrections and the menu will be ready.
