Description of the implementation
This time we were commissioned to analyse a 3-star hotel’s real estate with a finished project. The project had been executed in compliance with applicable law. Yet this is it as far as advantages are concerned. From the viewpoint of hotel operations, the property is not located in a particularly attractive spot, the project itself does not take into account modern trends and, most of all, it has too few rooms to ensure high profitability for the Investor. As a confirmation, we drew up a detailed budget forecast in several versions. As a consequence, we definitely discouraged the Client from this hotel investment. In a short time, the property gained a new purchaser and we are currently searching for a more attractive location for our Client.
