Description of the implementation
When planning a hotel investment in the centre of Cracow it becomes natural that we need to take into account the necessity of adapting a tenement. This is a complex and difficult issue, both for technical and formal reasons. We are dealing with such investments more and more often. This time the investment that we analysed was located at Dietl Street. Up to that moment, the tenement had served as a typical residential building, so one of the main challenges was to plan individual service functions, communication and a place for a backroom. At the Investor’s request, we also conducted a comparative analysis of two service models: hotels and apartments for rent.
